Kevin Brunell

Kevin Brunell has been an involved resident of his 14th Street neighborhood for over 7 years, and brings the deep knowledge and experience necessary to find the best properties for his clients and assist in their real estate needs across the DMV. As an active member in his field, Kevin has served on the Public Policy Committee at DCAR, and as Board President for The Wanda Alston Foundation. Kevin’s involvement in his local community extends to his personal interests, which include Bikram Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, rowing, running, hiking, traveling around the world, and pursuing his private pilot’s license.

Pee Jay Santos

Pee Jay is a founding team member of The Kevin Brunell Group at Compass. Pee Jay is a proud alumni of The University of Maryland, College Park where he received a BA in Communication and a BS in Finance with Honors. 

After graduation, Pee Jay started his professional career in wealth management where he specialized in private equity at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. His commitment to the client experience and ability to navigate through the numbers led to much success. Through Pee Jay’s alumni network, he later came across an opportunity with Lululemon. Pee Jay’s ability to develop leaders, his keen eye for strategic growth, and ability to localize high-level strategy contributed to significant market growth for Lululemon in the DC region.

Now, you can find Pee Jay at our Logan Circle office where he continues to operate with the same commitment to the client experience and keen business acumen to find everyone their special place in this world.
